Edited K-Johnson's theme.

What changed:

* Removed - close/minimize/restore selections' frames.
* Instead added glow effect on buttons.
* Changed taskbar skin to original (native aero glass)
* Redrew startmenu style
* Changed top window frame

Tested on Windows 7600 RTM Final

Hint:

If you want to use instead native aero theme follow this:

1:Install UniversalThemePatcher (delete slash after exe)
2:Install theme instead original (before rename aero native theme folder to aero+ or backup folder and theme file)

If you want to use as additional theme install UniversalThemePatcher and copy aero+.theme file and aero+ folder to windows theme folder
Theme location is c:WindowsReosurcesThemes

Removed User icon from Start Menu. Just replace aero.msstyles with new one from Aero_No_User folder (in .zip) and restart Windows
